taylor savas

MA, LPC, BCN, CSC, CDWF

I strive to provide an open, safe, nonjudgmental space for my clients. I promote and facilitate self-exploration, problem solving and goal setting. I help clients understand and process their experiences and resolve underlying issues.

My training in The Daring Way has equipped me to work extensively in shame and vulnerability and its affects on our daily lives. I believe clients are experts on their lives but may need new skills or tools as well as guidance and support to better navigate issues they encounter.

As a talk therapist I use many treatment modalities including cognitive behavioral, solution focused, and dialectical behavioral therapy. I believe therapy can provide positive interventions which help clients embrace wholehearted, genuine, fulfilled lives. I am excited to integrate neurofeedback into my work and look forward to providing the most effective therapy for clients.
