Making the first appointment is a big step toward improving your life. We will do our best to make you comfortable. Archway counselors want to support you in your progress toward self-discovery. We strive to provide the very best services and continually enhance our talent and knowledge whenever possible. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

Appointment Request

To schedule an appointment or to obtain additional information about services, fill out the form below or give us a call at (432) 682-ARCH

Enter the best day and time you are available for an appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your request and someone will contact you shortly.

Once you have set an appointment and know the name of the therapist you will meet with, you can have their required forms emailed to you. Please read and complete them prior to your first visit. Jot down any questions you may have. Your counselor will discuss the forms and answer any question you may have at your first appointment.

Making an Appointment

Making your first appointment is an easy process. You can call 432-682-2724 between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday or simply fill in the form below.

First Appointment

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to your first appointment to complete the necessary paperwork, similar to the forms you would complete before seeing a doctor for the first time. This information is quite valuable in helping us understand your needs.

Instead of waiting until your appointment date you can: Obtain the Forms via email- Please print the forms and complete them by hand and bring with you to your intake session.

During your first appointment you will meet with one of our counselors and discuss the concerns that led you to visit ARCHWAY and how these concerns have impacted you. This appointment usually lasts between 45-50 minutes and it gives the counselor the opportunity to learn about your needs and discuss how the services provided by ARCHWAY may help.
